🚚 Free UPS® Ground Shipping on orders $250+

Shipping Policy

Processing

Generally, if an order for an in-stock item is received before 12pm local time, the order will be processed and shipped that day.  Some orders may require additional processing time on our side, but most orders will ship within 1-2 business days.

Our store is closed on Monday, no orders will ship on Monday.

Packages

We have daily pickup for packages, but once we hand a package off to a carrier, we have little to no control over what they do with it.  While it is rare issues arise, they do happen.  We will always work with you to locate packages, but we can only see the same information that you can on the tracking page.   If a package is lost by the carrier, we will offer a full refund for the order.

High value items will ship with signature confirmation required at delivery.  Please make plans for your delivery so that someone can receive it.  Packages without a signature will not be delivered by the carrier.

Free Shipping

We offer free UPS® Ground shipping on orders $250 and up.  Ground service can have transit times of 2-7 business days or longer.  If you need items fast, or it is peak season, we suggest using a faster service at your cost.

Not all items qualify for free shipping, some items such as Pokemon cases and cases of supplies are exempt and will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery Estimates

The delivery dates listed on our website are just estimates and are not guaranteed.  There are several factors that can alter these dates that are out of our control.

UPS Next Day Air rates do not include weekend delivery.  No packages using this service will be delivered on Saturday or Sunday.

UPS Air Surcharge

Orders utilizing UPS Next Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, or UPS 2nd Day Air placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will not ship until the following week due to the UPS weekend surcharge fee.

Peak Season

Orders during peak holiday season will likely have an extra 1–2-day handing time by the carriers due to volume.  This happens after we hand the package off to the carriers and is out of our control.
