Order Policy
Cancelation
Any order cancelations will incur a 5% cancelation fee. This covers merchant fees that are not refunded to us by payment processors.
Order Limit
In an effort to serve all of our customers, we have a strict limit of 1 case of product per buyer per 30 days. Orders containing more than one case (or more than one case of individual boxes) will be automatically canceled. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that circumvent this policy at our own discretion.
Installment Payments
We offer buy now pay later option at checkout. This is available through a 3rd party company AfterPay. Due to higher fees on these transactions, we reserve the right to cancel orders using installment payments that exceed $1,000 at our own discretion.
Pre Order Items
Pre-order items are items that are available for purchase before their scheduled release date. These items will ship once the manufacturer has released the product on their official release date.
All pre-order items will be charged at the time of purchase, not on the release day. All release dates listed on the product page are subject to change, at any time, with no warning (manufacturers sometime change release dates without notice at the last minute).
All pre-orders are from confirmed allocation only. We will never sell products that haven’t been confirmed to us by the distributor or manufacturer. We will do everything under our control to honor all pre-order items.
Shipping
If you order in-stock items on the same order as pre-order items, or if you order multiple pre-order items with different release dates, your order will not ship until ALL ITEMS are in stock. To prevent this, make separate orders.
