Order Refunds or Cancelations
We do not take returns on sealed boxes or physical products unless the damage happens in transit. We do not accept returns on sealed boxes that leave the store, for any reason. CB Hobby is not responsible for items that are damaged inside of any factory sealed products and any damage claims should be directed to the manufacturer.
Presale items that are canceled are subject to a 15% cancelation fee.
