Due to the nature of the items we sell, we do not accept returns unless there is an error in the shipment or the item has been damaged in transit.
If you have received an item that was either wrong or damaged, you can contact us at email@example.com. Please include your order number which can be found on the packing slip or in the subject of your confirmation email.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted
We reserve the right to replace the item with the same item if we have it in stock. If we do not have the item in stock, a full refund will be sent. Please note that refunds/shipments are not processed until we receive the item. You will receive an email notification once your replacement has been shipped or your order has been refunded. If your order is refunded, please allow 5 business days for your bank to process it.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Any order that is canceled before shipment will be charged with a 10% fee based on the total order amount. We do not allow cancelations once an order has been processed for shipping.
