Pre Orders

All pre-order items will be charged at the time of purchase.  All shipping dates listed on the product page are subject to change, at any time, with no warning.  All items will be shipped once they are received in hand.

All pre-orders are from confirmed allocation only.  We will never sell product that hasn't been confirmed to us by the distributor or manufacturer.  We will do everything in our control to honor all pre-order items.  In the rare event that we can't honor your order, we will contact you to discuss alternatives.

If you order in-stock items on the same order as pre-order items, or if you order multiple pre-order items with different release dates, your order will not ship until ALL ITEMS are in stock.

Pre-order cancelations will incur a 5% cancelation fee.  This covers merchant fees that are no longer refunded to use by payment processors.

In an effort to serve all of our customers, we have a strict limit of 1 case of product per buyer per 30 days.  Orders containing more than one case (or more than one case of individual boxes) will be automatically canceled. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that circumvent this policy at our own discretion.
